This transaction cannot be processed...

I have this problem when I click on "Proceed to checkout" in the cart and try to check out using a credit card, I get the " This transaction cannot be processed.." error underneath the "Process Order" button. It only says, " This transaction cannot be processed.."...

How to verify a completed the paypal transaction?

I've setup a seller and buyer accounts in paypal sandbox, and completed a purchase transaction (with transaction id returns from the sandbox), however, when I login to the seller paypal account, I didn't see the transaction and the money? What do I missed here? Thanks,
