Install worked, cant login at all

When i go to login page at the final step of install/install.aspx and enter the username and password i entered previously as the administrator i get a page refresh loop and locks up my internet explorer over 1gb mem usage in under 1 minute. i close IE and come back to the site, same thing i cannot login...

Could not drop object 'dbo.aspnet_Roles' because it is referenced by a FOREIGN KEY constraint.

I am trying to install dashCommerce, during installation I get the following message: A critical error has occurred: Could not drop object 'dbo.aspnet_Roles' because it is referenced by a FOREIGN KEY constraint. I have re-setup all the SQL server using aspnet_regsql. Any suggestions.

Problem in Installing of DashCommerce 3.0
