Hi Friends,

i have created new categories in dash commerce and sub categories under top level categories.But i am unable to create a sub category under a sub category, i.e only 2 levels of categories are created, not beyond that..........like i want to create a top level category ,then under that a sub level category,and again under sub category i want to create one more category.can i do it in dash commerce?

Ex : my requirement is as follows

Books

         Microsoft Technologies

                            ASP.NET

It sounds like you are using version 2.2 or previous versions. These versions do not allow for creating more that 2 levels of categories. dashCommerce 3.0 allows you to create n levels of categories.

 Maybe I am missing something here, I am running version 3.0.1.33775 and I cannot get a sub category under a category, example I have a category of chairs, I want sub categorys of blue, green, yellow, red ect. When I click on the category as the main and then add green, it changes the name of the category to green instead of making a sub called green under chair.

Am I having a DUH moment or what?
