How to verify a completed the paypal transaction?

I've setup a seller and buyer accounts in paypal sandbox, and completed a purchase transaction (with transaction id returns from the sandbox), however, when I login to the seller paypal account, I didn't see the transaction and the money? What do I missed here?

Can anyone help on this?

In addtion to that, I found that the money was subtracted from the buyer account, however, the balance for seller account didn't change, any clue?
