An Error Message Appears From Time To Time When I Sign In As Admin

Hi, I wonder why I keep getting this error message from time to time, when I log in to my admin account.

Message Center
"A critical error has occurred: Request for the permission of type 'System.Net.WebPermission, System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' failed."

When I refresh the page, the error message is gone. Why does this error mean? I think this would cause confusion to my client.

Are you running in Medium Trust? I suppose the rsslist.aspx could cause this if you are running in Medium Trust. Is there an error log of the full info?
