The Zip file contains a commerce.web folder and a dependancy folder containing the .dlls. Should theses folders with their contents be uploaded to the web, or should the contenets of commerce.web be directly in the hosted root folder. What about the dlls, should they be in the dependency folder within the root, or directly in the root folder.
