 I was going through our product images and noticed that I could hold my mouse over any current image and get a large sized preview.  Cool!  I love it...except for the fact that the majority of the image goes below my screen and I can't see all of it.  My suggestion is for the code portion of this to be redone so that the preview senses the edge of the screen and automatically brings the bottom of the picture to the bottom of the screen if it is below it.

The way the image process works on my websites works perfectly.  How big are you product images?  Maybe they are a little to big?  Anyhow you can customize the product page (product.aspx) if you want to have a go at fixing your issue.
