I was attempting to change the theme, but couldn't get it to work. First, I tried setting it on the Page directive. No luck. Then, I tried setting it in the Web.config. Still nothing. Finally, I found the setting in the Admin. What gives? Why is there a theme setting in the Web.config that doesn't even work. Oh well, just thought I'd share.
