Where is the bill-to and ship-to stored BEFORE the order?

In what table is the addresses stored for each customer? I have searched (I think) in all the tables but I cannot see it. Since there is no way to update the address through the system, I needed to modify the address in the DB.

The address is stored in the ASPNET Profile its in one of the aspnet_* tables
