Where can the look adn feel of dashjcommerce changed from. if we wana add our template or theme, what to do?

The easies way is to make a copy of Web\App_Themes\dashCommerce and rename to whatever you want
then edit the *.css files and site.skin file and you can add the images to the images folder.
