    Already Have SQLExpress Installed! Need to Enable Full Text?

     I already have SQL express installed, but it doesn't have full text installed?  I have several sites running so I can't uninstall and re-install as these sites will be down for too long.

    Is there a way to enable Full Text in SQL express thats already up and running?
