Hi,
dashCommerce, out of the box, does not store any credit card information. Most of the PCI compliance stuff revolves around that. In addition, if you use a payment service other than PayPal Standard where the transactions are sent to the payment provider via a web service call or an http post, then there are some checks to help ensure SSL is in place.
