Read the payment provider confirguration on DC first. Then if you are using Paypal Standard, you can follow the instructions on Paypal's website to create your business account, get your bank information verified, and obtain the Paypal API ID. Then you need to configure the payment provider in Admin in DC using the API ID you get from Paypal. After that, you can run testing in Paypal's sandbox environment.
