    Problems at 'Proceed to checkout'

    Hi,

    When I try to proceed to checkout, I get the following error:

    ErrorCode: 10002. ErrorParameters: . LongMessage: You do not have permissions to make this API call. SeverityCode: Error. ShortMessage: Authentication/Authorization Failed. CorrectiveAction: 10002.

    I am guessing it could be because I don't have a paypal account setup. My question is, how do I setup a paypal sandbox account?

     I do not think it is th paypal account. I have paypal pro set up but get the same error. Any ideas?

     OK I've tryed both paypal options. Do I need to contact paypal customer support for this problem or is this still a configuration problem within DC?
    To clarify I have the same error as the OP:
