If a site uses USD for it's base currency, and the site allows for the user to see the products (and all related info) in their selected currency, should the selected currency flow all the way through - even to the payment provider, or should the Charge transaction revert to the base currency for the transaction?

What if a card is from england?

Would americans still charge the card using the dollar, and the english would see it posted in thier account as pounds?

That is the only factor on this decision.
