Hi,

I'm a newbie to the dashCommerce app. I'm trying to learn how to enter products which will be recognized by the dashCommerce framework engine. I can see that it uses the sku identifier... but how do you inter relate it to a web page object (say an image). And how do you get the page content between the showing/results page bars on the product category.

Once you add a product, add it to a category and then go to the Sku tab and save off the Sku's. If the product is NOT marked to Allow Negative Inventory, then add inventory to the Sku's (on the Sku tab). If the product is marked to allow negative inventory, then you don't need to do anything else.

I create a product and enter a sku number for it... but the Product Categories page (under the Product Management Menu) only allows you to configure the web site menu structure. It does not have an sku tab to enter a product. Where is this tab for entering a sku nember?

When you edit the Product you will see some tabs on top.

It appears I enter the data OK. But I still don't see away to link a Sku to a Product Category?

I when to "Product Listing" it says I have a total of 3 products.
I select "Edit" on one of the products. The product data look fine.
So, I click the Sku Tab. IT says I have 2 in Inventory.
But there's not tab for assigning the Sku to a Product Category.
Then I click on the "Product Categories" that page only allows me
to define the menuing structure. And again, there's not tab for
assigning the Sku to a Product Category.

You can't add a sku to a product category you can add attributes to a product and then the Sku's will be made up from the BaseSku with the attribute Suffix
