The dashCommerce 3.2 RC has many enhancements to the core product. Many of the enhancements are listed here.
In order to upgrade your site, you must do the following (as always, run this against a test environment first):

Copy up all of the directories and files EXCEPT:

repository
-
connectionString.config

IF you have modified the existing dashCommerce Theme, you should copy that and rename it to something else (i.e. MydashCommerce), you can then select if from the dropdown list in the SiteSettings and you will preserve your theme separate from the default dashCommerce theme.

Run the installer again at http://<yoursite>/install/install.aspx - the installer will take care of updating databases from the dashCommerce 3.0 Release Candidate up to 3.2 Release Candidate.
