There are 3 major differences between the Standard and Premium editions of dashCommerce Professional:
- Length of Agreement: The Standard is 3 months, the Premium is 12.
- Response: The response time is within 48 hours for Standard, and within 24 hours for the Premium.
- Scope: The Standard Support only deals with general dashCommerce questions (including the dashCommerce API’s), while the Premium Support package deals with questions specific to an implementation – dashCommerce Architectural Guidance.
In order to illustrate more clearly what are general dashCommerce questions and what would be considered dashCommerce Architectural Guidance questions, we’ve made up a few sample questions to illustrate the difference:
General dashCommerce Questions:
- What interface do I need to look at to implement a shipping provider?
